One thing that is missing from the message is the fact that Mcd's made a deal 
and payed the woman $196,000 out of court settlement and therefore the 
judgement in court was voided, so that it did not set a president.  With that 
said! it is true that the womans own stupidity (and I say STUPIDITY because) 
caused the problem. Gee lets see!!!! if i received $196,000 for every time i 
got burned, i would be (HMMM well) rich. It's a good thing that people don't 
sue every time they choke on there food.
