That's just it, it doesn't matter, the new law doesn't grant Americans any
more rights than anyone else.  That's the problem with it.  If you are said
to have aided the enemy in any way, they can disappear you, torture you,
totally erase your existence and there isn't a darn thing anyone will be
able to do anything about it because we'll just know you're gone, not how
or why. (unless we get in the way, then we'd disappear too.)

No you may think this is too chicken little, but that's just what this law
allows, so do you really, really, think it wont ever be used... (on
Americans)
