G'day Niels,
Replying to a message of Niels Petersen to Jeff Green on 26/05/97:
>> If all of fxuucico/watergate died on me tomorrow, I could have UUPC/
>> Extended up and running within ten minutes. I couldn't gate anything,
>> but *I* could read both sides of the network :-)
NP> Is it your intention to gate Internet Conferences into our private
NP> network??
Let me think...you're picking up from Paul aren't you? Are you going to
continiue to do this when he goes fully Linux ie uucp? If so, then you can
grab them from him. If not and you get stuff from John T, then yes, I can
gate them to him.
NP> If so would they be selectable by the network members?
What are network numbers?
NP> Would you be gating replies back out?
Yep. A one way gateway is a waste of time.
Regards...Jeff (jeff{at}matra.com.au)
