As someone working presently in health care & working with youz guyz......

You are in a real mess.......& the problem is that......there are some
very powerful (& rich & thus "generous") interests who
want to keep it that way.

I have had long chats with you federal types who've said things like
"but we'd never get this past kaiser & blue cross" etc....
