Couple things:
1)  Being divided by where you live is not racism.  It's either
isolationism if it's done out of a felt need to separate yourself
from another country/city/state/whatever, or it's simple fact.  I'm
an Oregonian because I live in Oregon.  I'm not, however, a racist.
2)  Name one other occupation that requires people of all
nationalities, races, religions, and ethnicities to rely so
absolutely on the talents and motivation of everyone else.  If
you're a quarterback, you don't care if your blind-side guard is
black, white, brown, red, yellow, or blue.  All you care is that he
doesn't miss his block and allow you to get creamed.
3)  This is a ridiculous argument anyway, obviously posted by
someone who doesn't like sports.  So don't watch them.
