Slackware packages are on CD 1 & 2 (can be installed with CD 1 only).
CD 3 & 4 are extras and source.

Debian has gotten way up there with the release of Sarge, 13 CD's
or 2 DVDs where Woody was just 1 DVD. Mind you that is mostly
luxury stuff. Debian can still be (and is on one of my boxes), as
lean & mean as any of 'em.. :)
