I think folks in the US are better off that way than we are here
in Canada. Might as well hire a courier here if you want to send
anything that won't go through a mail slot.
Now I have a DVD burner I use those, but I used to just get the
first CD or 3. You still have a complete list of packages and
anything you choose to install that are not on your CDs will be
downloaded and installed. The packages are placed on the CDs by
popularity, so often you'll never use more than the first few
CDs anyway.
