Yes somehow my message ended up in the cb echo * my sw radio has just the 
grnd. screw terminal but what i did was hooked a 48" cb whip w/ alligator 
clips to the rabbit ears of the radio + i wound 100' of #16 coated wire 
around a plastic cylinder and hooked one end w/clips also to the rabbit ears 
the grnd terminal is hooked into house ground as you said * this has yielded 
unbelievable results can you tell me what i did ??? i am picking up more 
broadcast than i ever did * austria * cuba better no fading * any us city * 
just to name a few * a technical explanation would be appreciated * thanks *
