IL> Program: DLS Daylight Savings Time
Cool. I was thinking about doing that, but never got round to it...
now I've moved to somewhere where we don't do daylight savings.
IL> The algorithm is: add an hour to the clock between 1st Sunday of April
IL> and last Sunday of October, otherwise subtract an hour.
make that operation reversable (transpose april/October) for us south of the
equator :)
IL> To ensure no change is made repeatedly, the EXE file
IL> date is updated to show when the last change was made.
Alternatively you could set the flag in the CMOS which is provided for that
purpose. (this would help if the program is run on a large network etc...)
