This is slighly off-topic but it is communications related.  I know many 
Sysops work in the PC and telecom fields so I thought someone might have an
 idea for me.  The company I work for is looking for a teleconferencing 
solution to run in-house to avoid paying the phone company for this
service.   Ie. a solution to be able to conference 4-6 people into one
phone conference.   I know there are products out there that do this but
there seem to be hundreds  to choose from.  Does anyone have experience in
this area?  If so, can you  recommend any product to me?
