  They have "Recorders" and Retransmit what you transmitted after you
Unkey your Transmitter. They are anoying particualrly if yuo
can hear the Input as you hear everything twice. But they are
quite a bit cheaper to set up because yuo don't need Expensive
Tuned Cavaties to allow recieving and transmittins at the same
time like the Duples repeaters do. Obviously you must keep your
transmissions within the Recording limitations of the repeater.
