     I am, in a very round about way.  After IBM sold off their drive
manufacturing capabilities, and wanted good hard drives in their
mini-computers, they contracted with Seagate to build them and provided
the IBM Bios's to Seagate for the drives.

     No IBM sticker on the drive.  It was never represented
as such.
