Well, I guess its apparent that Frank didnt call you first prior to pricing 
his product.  Searchlight is continuing to be sold new for the price I 
provided....and Frank has said it is not and will not be freeware.
As far as further responses...not gonna do it.  As provided eariler I have 
seen your posts for some time and its very apparent that you are bitter 
towards SL and vent it any chance you get.
