Hmmm.  That price is attractive.  How close do you usually get to the 
200 hours?  I'm thinking that with my broadband connection, I wouldn't 
get nearly that many.  Perhaps I'm paying too much.  (Yeah, there is the 
speed thing, but since I don't download much, except mail and web 
graphics, it's worth investigating another ISP)
