Hi,

I'm puzzled as to SS use in computer Bios. In radios I thought it mean't
that the frequency was inconstant and usually hopping around.

I would appreciate some knowledgeable responses.

Why is it's use optional in bios, if it's a good thing, why isn't it the default?

Thanks

KevinJ
