In my opinion, that is absolutely dead wrong.  The moderator of ZONE3_SYSOP
has no more responsiblity than the moderator of AUST_AVTECH.  If anyone
doesn't like that, they can go and tag AUST_SYSOP etc instead.  (Actually,
I detagged AUST_SYSOP for exactly that reason).

It is completely fair.  I didn't ever send a message to David Nugent in
ZONE3_SYSOP abusing him.  I sent plenty of messages to other people saying
that I though David Nugent made a lousy FTSC Chair though.  The FTSC's
record was not deemed to be off-topic by the moderator, he even joined it
himself in the early stages.
