  Indeed there is. As of the last printed issue, I was informed that
they were going ALL internet, since mailing irregularities had occured
in the newsletter. You bet! It took me two years to get one years
issue. 
 As for the E-mail address, I DO have it, but I'll have to look it up
again. ( Its buried here SOMEWHERE after my last move...). I am not
currently on the WEB ( Yet, I just am deciding on which service to use,
prefrably(sic) *NOT* AOL.
  Re: MOGUL SECURITY 
 Well, that is apparently LIE #2! It was not so classified as we are
LED to believe. Apparently a few documents on it have long been
available, including a schedule of launches & their final fate.
  Guess what? The only one that could be blamed for Roswell was in fact
an aborted launch. It never got off the ground!
  That book (Beyond Roswell) I managed to get in a "hick" town library,
so give it a try, you might just find it. The chapter on Project Mogul
alone justifies reading. But a plus is on the 3 reported public
recoveries of Roswell debris by the public. One of course, is a KNOWN
hoax & is described. The other two are very interesting...
   I'll get that Web Site for you.
