I saw your Questions,
and here are the answers:

1) You don't need a skilled tattooist despite what the P.T.A.A. (
professional tattooists Association of Australia ) will tell you.
Just get a needle out of your missus's sewing kit, and a bottle of Indian
Ink, and do it yourself. You can make a high-pitched humming sound while
you do it for a more authentic experience if you like.
Hint: check and re-check your spelling before you proceed!

2) I don't know if getting your arms tattooed hurts, but when I had
"Windows sux" tattooed on my forehead that hurt like hell.
Also as soon as the tattoo was finished, 25 meg of my brain disappeared.
Go figure.
