Folks, not that I mind the traffic in here because it's been sorely lacking,
but could you take the Maximus compilation discussions to MUFFIN or somewhere
else appropriate?  I'm concerned that folks who are not really into
programming will not feel that they can participate in this echo due to all
the code and compiler talk.
