FP26 is also available in Brazil/Portugese in the same directory. IBM usually
carries all versions of the released fixpacks on their sites. Not sure what
URL off hand as it seems to be a moving target sometimes.

NcFTP available from HOBBES amongst others is an excellent FTP tool. Also,
with the InJoy dialer your FTP session will probably be able to continue
without loss of the file in the first place.
