 The sector floor & ceiling's slope depends on which side is set as
 the Firstwall.  The Firstwall acts as a pivot point where the wall
 meets the floor or ceiling.  So decide which side you want to pivot
 from, then in 2D mode place the cursor inside the sector next to the
 soon-to-be Firstwall & press ALT-F.  I think it also works in 3D mode
 but I hardly ever set it in there so I'm not sure offhand.
