Nick Knight did release MR/2 PM.  Contact him at the address given in the
shareware MR/2 documentation.
He also released MR/2 ICE, an Internet mail editor capable of POP3 and
SMTP, and ME/2, a small text editor designed to be used as an external
editor from MR/2 and MR/2 PM.
