I'm beginning to wonder if we should report Dusty's threats to kill 
people to the authorities. 

A joke's a joke but Dusty has gone way beyond that. 

He's citing statues in a distorted way to give him the alleged right 
to kill people.... that's totally crazy. Dusty has become a menace 
and a real danger. It may be only a matter of time before he kills 
someone with no justifiable reason. 

He gives the impression of being out of his mind. Perhaps he's having
another breakdown or perhaps he's succumbed to using drugs again. He 
owns firearms and posted pictures of some of them..... but shouldn't 
be allowed a gun permit if he's mentally unstable. 

Is there a site where a potentially dangerous homicidal person can be
reported to the Tennessee authorities?
