DP~Hmmm.  That price is attractive.  How close do you usually get to the
  ~200 hours?  I'm thinking that with my broadband connection, I wouldn't
  ~get nearly that many.

Although my ISP offers both High Speed phone and Cable I am a bit too
far out in the woods to qualify even if I wanted it. Like you I seldom
do any major Downloading but there is the odd time when I'd like to
grab a CD Image online which is all but impossible at dial-up speeds.
(A full CD could take 65 hours at my hookup speeds)

As for time.. I recently changed my account to a cheaper one
that gives me 100 hours a month for about $14cdn. I rarely seem
to hit much over 40 or 45 hours so it works well enough that I
don't need to spend $2 to double my available time..   B)

I could unlimited time for about $25 a month..
