	It isn't anybody's universe in particular.  That's
why the impersonality of physics works, and why engineers
can rely upon physical law to produce such things as the
computer and monitor you're reading this on.

	American College Dictionary, in the entry for "magisterial"
lists it as the adverb form.  First dictionary I checked, do you
