subject: USING ASM CODE

DK>Well first of all... can I get shareware or anything of PowerBasic? And
  >secondly... how does Qbasic, QuickBasic, and PowerBasic differ?
Dan, many years ago I changed from Quickbasic 4.5 to PowerBAsic 2.0
and I have never looked back. It made me mad the way Billy Boy
dropped the support of QuickBasic. It made me glad when I
recompiled all of my code (I used line numbers in those days)
using PowerBasic and it resulted in EXE's that were each about 85%
as big as the same things under QuickBasic. THAT'S JUST ONE REASON.
They have a shareware version that you can play with, but if you
really want advice, buy it now... and you'll see instantly why we're
all grinnin' like a possum, as we say here in the South. :-)
