Should've been clearer.  Took the V34/Plus/+ meaning of interop, where no
interop means no connect.  They'll still interop, but at V34 (slither :)
Those that've got a US Zoom ATI3 showing FlashROM versions of .502
(models 2812 etc) and .516 (models 2819 etc) can now update to ver1.002
via free upgrade from the Zoom website http://www.zoomtel.com.  It's been
reported that this gives (subject to line conditions) a one to two steps
increase in reported initial connect rate.  Tho real download
thruput should be a user's guide, from a file greater than 130kb
already at the users' ISP, not from a remote site
