    For consumer audio electronics, the closest you'll come would be to
use several parametric equalizers along with several standard 1/3 octave
equalizers.  On the commercial from, there are some very expensive DSP
units which will nearly eliminate the music.  I don't think it'll be
possible to completely eliminate the music and the vocals will suffer.
