| subject: | Jug Shake |
Howdy!, NESTLE NESQUIK used to be called Nestle's QUIK many, many years ago. Way back then My Wife and I looked at a Gallon Jug of Milk that still had about 1/2 Gallon of Milk in it... ...and looked at the can of Nestle's QUIK and made one and one to equal two. A few days ago I remembered us making a Jug Shake occasionally, so I did it!, and thought to share the Recipe here someday. I read on the NESTLE NESQUIK label to put 2 teaspoons of NESQUIK in 8 ounce glass of Milk. I opened a new Gallon of Milk and poured some Milk in a Milk Jug we had just emptied. Put both of them on the kitchen table and it looked like the same amount was in both Jugs. I put the newly opened Jug in the refrigerator and went to work on the other Jug. 1/2 Gallon is 64 Ounces - eight times the 8 ounces in the instructions. Eight times 2 teaspoons is 16 teaspoons, so we placed a funnel on the top of the Milk Jug and put QUIK 16 times in a regular teaspoon and poured it in the funnel. THE GOOD PART Put the cap on the Milk Jug and shake it to mix the QUIK and Milk together. Pour the mixture in a drinking glass and enjoy HMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!! ...
