The default for ZyXEL is usually 1234. But because the firmware usually
prompts to change this password as soon as it is entered, and it's
likely what the ISP did, the only documented option then would be to
revert to factory defaults. I wouldn't advise this step, however, unless
you are sure you have all information pertinent to your account setup
(authentication credentials, DSL VPI/VCI numbers, service type (if any),
DNS addresses, and IP address/gateway type). And of course, the official
manuals have to be downloaded from ZyXEL prior to doing anything - the
Prestige series are extremely "configurable", and so could be easily
misconfigured.
