St. Louis vs Kansas City would equal anything that they've ever had. I think 
that your location out West and your long-time association with the LA team 
makes it harder to understand but the fact is, the people in St. Louis would 
rather see games against the Bears or Chiefs. For the St. Louis fans, teams 
in the NFC East mean more to them than teams in the NFC West.

Right and that's the point. What you think is of no importance to the people 
in St. Louis. When the Rams went to St. Louis, they had to adjust to hating a 
"foreign" division after all those years and for them, these rivalries still 
don't have the same kind of impact.

      How about the American Hockey League?  Looking forward to the 
Hamilton Bulldogs new season and seeing the Edmonton Oilers new 
prospects and getting even with those insidiously evil Hershey Bears....
