I bought the tester, unplugged everything from the power supply and it
tested OK.  Plugged back all connections, and everything functioning well so
far.  I may had a bad connection somewhere, will find out in the future.

Thank you all for saving me from buying a new mother board.  As you guessed
it, the problem was the supply of power, (not the power supply).
