My current comments are driven by certain commercial traders. Departed ones.

True. If it's achieveable, it's more than enough, and an end much to be desired.
My bet is that it isn't, without a person who's willing to do the hard work
to make it happen.
However - I am more than willing to be impressed by good sense and
concerted action. Be bloody pleased to see some, in fact.
