 Lot of time to fix that before 1999? Not 2 years, only 1 year 6 months,
 cause, Maximus users can't have an expiration date for their BBS members
 after Dec 31th, 1999.
 Please, try to be nice. Lot of work to be done in the next 2 years,
 no time and energy to put in "Small Compliance WAR".
