I'm not sure about BlueWave message format, but QWK format uses as many
contiguous 128 byte blocks as needed to store message text, and appends
a char #127 to mark the end (the last block is padded if necessary).
You'll have to parse out each text line so it fits the screen properly
yourself.
If you need the QWK specs I can send them to you. I have BW as well,
I think.
