Hi All,
    I've installed last beta version (v.23) for my SupraFax 288 external 
modem.
    Since then, I often (4 times on 5) have difficulties to connect to my 
Internet provider. Handshaking seems to proceed normally, then my modem 
displays a "3", the connection is interrupted and Winsock displays "NO 
CARRIER".  What's the meaning of this "3" ?
I have the same prob with 2 different versions of Trumpet Winsock (v. 2.0b & 
3.0c).
FYI I'm using Win 3.11.
    Any idea ?
