 Not very if you ask me, #1 I may not know your face but I now know your name

 #2 once that is done with complete trust you will post your PO# address
 in the interest of getting speaker tapes, with both points one and two 
 completed I can track you down and bother you on a sunday morning like

 No matter this is an area for recovery, it's a general topic area
