Whilst holidaying on the NSW central coast last year, I urgently required a
VLB card exactly as above, and had to buy one at _retail_ from the computer
shop directly opposite Woy Woy station.  They sold me an Informtech branded
card for just $23 brand new.  The bottom line is that they _can_ be had
quite cheaply if you're prepared to shop around.
