I have had nothing but grief with Memorex CD-RW media.  I changed to Ricowh (Ridata) 
media and have had no problems.  Good price/performance.  I am sure that there are 
better quality media out there; based on 'reviews and my experience'
reports and price 
(Verbatim comes to mind), but this Ridata brand has never given me a
coaster based on 
media quality.
