I would *hope* that, since both CHESS and CHESS_TOURNEY are listed in
FIDONET.NA, what all sysops have equal access to both.

At the very least, it would be nice to see the Chess FDN file announcements
contained to just one of the echos... CHESS.  And, ideally, all chess games
& commentary on games in progress contained to CHESS_TOURNEY.
