Incorrect. Klingons only have one spinal column. It was the replacement of
Worf's spinal column with a replicated replacement produced by an
experimental medical replicator which allowed him to walk again. Most
Klingon organs are duplicated, but the Spinal column is not one of them. The
episode in question is Ethics, should you wish to check for yourself.
