There have been several Television advertisements about Copper Pans.

Round or Square Frying Pans     and   Rectangular Brownie Pans.

We went to a Discount Store and saw a different (and cheaper) brand
of Copper Pans and bought several of them.

My Wife has used the square fry pan to Deep Fry Breaded Fish Patties
and that works O.K.

Today She fried an Egg for me, the Egg stuck a bit when it needed to
be turned over which made me 'think' that the next time a little
splash of Canola Oil might make it easier to flip an Egg over.

We haven't tried making Brownies yet in the other pan.

Does anyone have any comments about the Copper Pans?  Thanks.
