Many of our Canadian participants report the same thing.  The one 33K6
¨connect I got was to a system in British Columbia.  I think a lot of it
has ¨to do with the equipment in use by our telcos.  Canada is using a lot
of ¨Northern Telecom equipment while many of us in the lower 48 states have
¨Western Electric equipment to deal with.
