Background:
Newview is a replacement for the normal VIEW program that reads help files
on OS/2. It is easy enough to associate those help files with the new
program.
When a running application invokes the help (i.e. from the help menu) they
don't actually start the VIEW program. They interface with OS/2, who then
uses the HELPMGR.DLL code to start the VIEW program appropriately.
Aaron's changes allow HELPMGR.DLL to use the NEWVIEW.EXE program in
deference to IBM's original VIEW.EXE program.
