I would think so. However, to get a more accurate assesement, go here
and enter all the details:

Their calculator takes into account different processors, different
memory configurations, plus all the cards, drives, etc. that you may
have. Gives a peak load indication, so you should be safe with their
estimate.

'fraid not. They have got good reviews in the past. 

I'm always a bit wary of supplies with detachable leads. While it
sounds like a wonderful way of cutting down on the clutter, I would
like to have some idea of the effects (especially long term effects) of
adding an extra set of contacts to the equation. Short term, there
should be little difference, but in the longer term, unless the
plug/socket arrangement is a good airtight seal, you will be looking at
build up of dirt and resistance in the extra contact area, which I'm
less than happy about.
