 No problems at all, why would there be any problems? X2 is simply another
 add on feature to the modem, it does not interfere with other protocals...
 But there is absolutely no compatibility between X2 and K56Flex, so don't
 even think about using X2 client and K56Flex server to download faster
 than 33.6Kbps, or vise versa... it won't work...
