Prices bounced along modestly above the line today.  The up's weren't up
much and they rapidly corrected back to just above yesterday's close.
So at the close prices were up very modestly.  Volume increased modestly,
to +4% above average.

So if yesterday's action was yucky, today's wasn't all that much better.
Not really.  Until I see improvement in the Oscillator, that is, the
Advance-Decline of the whole NYSE begins to show consistent increases,
we shouldn't be looking for much.

Timing Signals:  I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch.  If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!!  It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
