I've seen a couple or three times recently where someone comes in to
the echo and asks for advice... that's what it is here for... and
someone will give generally helpful information.
What I've seen is that someone from the US responds to someone in
another country and cites US law (generally IDEA and/or ADA).  That's
all well and good but US education law doesn't apply to anyone outside
the 50 states, Guam and PR.
Taking a quick look at Origin lines (at the end of every post) should
help to giving more consideration to responses.
