RJT>TA> Enjoyed this discourse again, already, thank you Roy. My eldest son

RJT>Sounds like a deal to me!

RJT>TA> Didn't buy the linspire CNR for another $99 (I am a cheap-skate
RJT>TA> even when buying for myself 8-).

RJT>No reason you should pay that kind of money if you're already using SuSE...

RJT>TA> Where do you find the best place to acquire linux programs please ?

RJT>It depends on what you're looking for. Much of the activity these days see

RJT>have a pretty nifty setup, if you see something of interest you can get em

I didn't get enough time to investigate "GRAMPS" for my genealogy
interests; but KMail, etc., seemed very useful for communications
to this old Ham radio op that spends most time here and/or on the
internet. I used to get some satisfaction challengeing PETSCI and/or
CPM to get one of these boxs to do some simple this or that; now I
just want the box to do what I need done when I incite it's mouse.

Ciao, Ack
