Early on in the space race I worked at Space Technology Labs, the
mother of the to-be TRW Space Systems Division. We did some paper
work, but a minimum to get things done. I later transfered over to
TRW (1960) and we quickly adopted a slogan modified from GE's:
        "Paperwork is our most important product!"
Sigh...it's probably worse today with more government involvement.
